We are looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine/Head Chef with a background in the preparation of high-quality steaks from a wood fired grill; in addition to good knowledge of grilled seafood at a casual yet sophisticated restaurant environment.
If you are a Chef familiar with popular Steak Restaurant concepts in the US (Cut by Wolfgang Puck, Morton’s, etc.) than we encourage you to apply.
