- Ideally with Maldives experience

Our client operates some of the finest resorts in the Maldives and we are currently looking for an Executive Sous Chef to join their culinary team.
You should have a strong background in a la carte and the ability to set and achieve high quality standards.
Previous experience working in remote island resorts are of advantage and the ability to work with a multinational team of enthusiastic culinary professionals.
This is the perfect job for a young, passionate, driven and self-motivated, creative Chef who loves to create and cook great food for a very appreciative clientele.
It also requires an individual with the personality plus factor, - outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essentials, so is attention to detail and good commercial and planning skills.
The salary and overall remuneration package are commensurate with the position and form part of outstanding terms of employment.
